The Scott’s of Mount Gambier PIONEERS are pleased to announce the signing of tenacious local player Chris Mason for the 2008 SEABL season. In his last three seasons with the Pioneers, Chris has displayed great enthusiasm and passion and during that time has earned respect from many local and interstate fans as well as his teammates.

Chris moves into the 2008 season having played 78 SEABL games for the Pioneers.

Chris also coaches the Mount Gambier Under 16 girls team and has been a good supporter of the local Men’s basketball competition.

Chris works at Evolution Sport in Mount Gambier.

Like other local 2008 signings in Jason Sedlock, Dallas Jeffree, Craig Stratford & Kurt Russell and New import Josh Steinthal, Chris can’t wait for Pre-season training to arrive.

Coach de Wit is very keen to ensure that the team will be prepared when the season starts in late February/early March.
